Shipping time
Orders are shipped from our partner stores. The average shipping time for each product varies depending on stock availability and location. With few exceptions, products are shipped within two days of your order. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped in as few packages as possible. The average shipping time will therefore be the preparation time of the longest item. For made-to-order products, the average shipping time is specified on the product page.
Returns
Is the item damaged or defective?
You have the option of filing a claim with our customer service department. Please send us a brief description of the defect and attach 3-4 relevant photos. The defect must be clearly visible in at least one of the photos. In addition, please photograph the entire item, front and back. For shoes, please also photograph the sole.
Send us your complaint via message through the website. Upon receipt, we will process your request as quickly as possible and send you a response within a few days outlining the next steps.
You have 14 days to return items. However, we only accept returns of unworn items. For this reason, we recommend trying on shoes on a soft surface (e.g., carpet). Please ensure that you do not remove the tags or soil the items.
If you wish to return items from different orders at the same time, please ensure you include all return forms for each order with your return. This allows us to distinguish between your different deliveries.
Non - Returnable Products
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over CHF 100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes
