Sales Policies and Terms of Use
Welcome to Giji shopping Dharmalingam Web site. The site is provided as a service to our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions of use, which govern your use of the Site (the "Agreement"). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Agreement whenever you use the Site. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
How to Order
The Shopping Cart used on this site is SSL encrypted so your order can be securely submitted to us. We will make every possible effort to ship all in-stock items within two business days of receipt of the order. If your item(s) is back-ordered or considered a special order you will be contacted with an estimated time frame for shipping. The full amount of the order is placed on hold with your credit card until the order is ready to ship. If for any reason, the order is not shipped in full, the unused monies will be placed back on your card once the order has been processed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Custom Orders
All orders considered custom or personalized take additional time and care to process. Price quotes and estimated time frames for delivery will be provided at the time of order. Inquiries regarding these and all other orders can be made in person, by phone, or email. We are always happy to answer questions about your order. Full payment is required prior to processing the order. We cannot accept returns of personalized or customized orders.
Saddle Sale Policy
Saddles may be returned should you not be satisfied with the fit. Please return the unused and undamaged saddle within fifteen (15) days for exchange, credit, or refund. If shipping, the saddle being returned must be properly packaged to prevent damage and should be insured. Please understand that full credit can be issued only if the saddle shows no sign of use, damage, or wear. Upon receipt and close inspection of your saddle, provided it meets these terms, the credit card used to pay for your saddle will be credited. If there is an exchange involved with your return, provided the saddle is in stock, the new saddle will be shipped within two business days. Saddles you request for exchange that are not in stock can take considerably longer to ship. In the event that the saddle being returned does not meet these terms, we will contact you to further discuss your return.
Return Policy (Non - Returnable Products)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at conact@giji.shop and send your item to: Giji Shopping Dharmalingam, Place de la gare 10, 1020 Renens, Vaud, Switzerland
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over CHF 100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Product Information
Many products displayed on the Site are available for worldwide distribution. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in CHF Swiss Franc. Certain products are available exclusively online through the Site. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only through the Sites according to the applicable return policy.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Dispute Resolution

Notice shall be sent (1) to Giji Shopping Dharmalingam, or (2) to you at: your last-used billing address or the billing and/or shipping address in your online profile. Both you and Giji Shopping Dharmalingam agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent which must be satisfied prior to initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.
Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Canton Vaud Switzerland, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State of Vaud. The waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Giji Shopping Dharmalingam's right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Site.
Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Giji Shopping Dharmalingam. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Giji Shopping Dharmalingam also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Sites, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes

Information collection and use
Giji shopping Dharmalingam’s Outlet is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Registration
In order to place an order on our Web site, a user must first complete the registration form which occurs during the purchasing process. If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address.
Security
